What we collect, why, and who else sees it.

The short version
We collect what we need to sell you a question bank and to support you afterwards. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
What we collect
- When you buy: your name, email address and phone number. The email becomes your login.
- When you ask us a question or request a service: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, your country and specialty, and whatever you write in the message.
- In your account, only if you choose to add it: a profile photograph, profession, specialty, age, address, education level and field of study. All of it is optional and can be cleared at any time.
- As you use a bank: which quizzes you sat, your answers and your scores. This is what makes your progress and results work.
Who else sees your data
- Stripe — payment processing. They receive your email and the payment details you enter.
- Our email provider — to send your receipt, the link that sets your password, and replies to your requests.
- Amazon S3 — storage for any profile picture you upload.
- Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and there are no advertising or analytics scripts on this site.
Your card details
We never see them. Payment is handled by Stripe inside their own fields on our page — the card number, expiry and security code go straight to Stripe and never reach our servers or our database. What we keep is the amount, the date, a reference and Stripe's own transaction id.
How we contact you
We email you about things you have done: a receipt, a password link, an answer to a request. If you give us a WhatsApp number we may use it to reply to you or to tell you about your subscription. You can ask us to stop at any time and we will.
How long we keep it
Account and profile details are kept while your account exists. Receipts are financial records and are kept regardless, which is why deleting an account does not erase them.
Your choices
You can see and change most of your details yourself in your account. For anything else — a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion — write to us and we will do it.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. It describes what the site does today.
