The guarantee
Change your mind within 7 days of purchase, having used less than 10% of the question bank, and we refund you in full.
What qualifies
- The request is made within 7 days of the purchase date on your receipt.
- You have answered less than 10% of the questions in the bank.
- The refund is for the amount you actually paid, after any discount code.
How to request a refund
Email us from the address on your receipt, quoting your order reference (it looks like EPQB-2026-0000). We do not need a reason.
How long it takes
We action qualifying requests within 2 business days. Your bank or card issuer then takes its own time to show the money — usually 5 to 10 business days — which is outside our control.
What happens to your access
Access to the refunded question bank ends when the refund is issued. Any other bank on your account is unaffected.
